Dear Community,
I'm so excited to be sharing this practice of gratitude with you. The Five Minute Journal has been an important part of my personal growth journey in the last five years. Through the good days and the bad days, and especially the difficult ones, this daily practice has shown me new perspectives, and it has reminded me to look for the silver lining in every cloud - because it is there if I choose to see it - and count my blessings.
